Bullying and Discrimination

At Kensington Area Soccer Club, KASC, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and equality for all individuals. Bullying, discrimination, and harassment have no place in our club, and we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved.

Bullying: Bullying refers to repeated, unwanted, aggressive behavior intended to intimidate, harm, or exert power over another individual or group. This includes physical, verbal, emotional, or cyberbullying

Discrimination: Discrimination involves treating individuals unfairly or unfavorably based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Bullying and discrimination in any form, whether direct or indirect, are strictly prohibited.  This includes but is not limited to derogatory remarks, offensive jokes, exclusionary behavior, physical intimidation, cyberbullying, or any other actions that create a hostile or unwelcoming environment.

By upholding this Bullying and Discrimination Policy, we reaffirm our commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where all individuals can participate without fear of harassment or discrimination.
